Shipping Options
Free pickup in Frankfurt
Your order can be picked up at a time of your choosing. Please contact us to confirm when you would like to come pick it up, and if you’d like a gift packaging option.
Shipping & Costs
We use DHL’s standard delivery service. Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days and we send a confirmation email after dispatch to let you know your order is on the way.
Our shipping costs (including statutory VAT) are:
Germany:
Standard delivery: 5€
Orders over 45€: Free
Europe:
Standard delivery: 10€
Orders over 75€: Free
Returns & Exchanges
To ensure safety in the pandemic and beyond, we do not accept returns or exchanges of jars once sold. This means all sales are final. We’ll be happy to make a replacement in case of a damaged package or a jar that is not satisfactory.
